Hi all!
I am thrilled to announce the re-launch of my jewelry collection — a dream that has been close to my heart since I closed my boutique, Lex & Lynne. When I had to close my store, I faced an uncertain future, not knowing if I could ever offer jewelry again as I had before. The loss of my studio space, combined with the emotional challenges of closing my shop that I'd had for ten plus years, while being pregnant and navigating the unknown, required me to take a step back, rest, and surrender to new possibilities.
Despite these challenges, my passion for jewelry never waned. After all, jewelry making is how my business, originally Lex & Lynne, began. I never stopped working with makers and designers, and I'm grateful for their support in this transition. Therefore it felt like a natural progression to continue the projects I had started before my store closed.
Today, I am proud to include my jewelry collection within the offerings of Alexis Co. I wanted to create a collection with a variety of really special options where there is truly something for everyone. There are pieces made with solid gold, precious gemstones, and others featuring intricate beading with elastic; yes, I even went back to the basics!
I put extra thought into each piece so that they embody beauty and a free-spirited essence. Each piece holds a lot of soul, which you can quite literally feel in the palm of your hand when you hold the necklace or bracelet. I think part of why I've spent so much time curating this collection and thinking it through is because I wanted to convey the feel of my boutique; the details of the materials, the properties of the stones, the charms and where I found them on my travels.
I've given so much thought to what I wanted each piece to look and feel like, and I hope that you will love them as much as I do. With that, I encourage you to explore the full jewelry collection and read about each and every piece.
This journey has been long, but it has also been incredibly rewarding. Exploring your passions and creativity, no matter what they are, is vital, and it's so important to embrace that child-like sense of excitement and wonder. For me, jewelry, design, and photography provide those feelings. They are my true passions, and I am thrilled to share these new creations with you and see them come to fruition.
